10" Cut Flannel Spiral Sewn

Our flagship "Cut Flannel" spiral sewn buff is one of the most unique buffs we have ever designed. At nearly an inch thick of premium domestic fabric, this buff can tackle almost anything you can throw at it. From cutting out sander marks or tough diamond plate polishing, this buff will provide consistant reliable results. Very easy to use and well balanced.

User Guide,   Pair with a cut rouge like Yellow Kocour or 439T for cutting. Run the buff at 2600 rpm. For finishing pair with a color rouge like Purple DIamond or Green Chrome. Run the buff at 1800-2200 arbor speed. 

Do not rake this buff, it is a self cleaning buff for the most part. If neded use pumice to square up the face for the optimal finish pattern.
