The chem treatment allows cooler cutting action with less effort and retains more rouge on the buff. These excel in the initial cutting steps and can be used for finishing/coloring when coupled with our Blue Diamond rouge. Perfectly balanced and suitable for both hand held buffers and pedestal buffers. Long lasting 86-80 fabric
