10 Inch Spiral Sewn 50 Ply

Exclusively here at SC Polishing Products, are our 10 inch spiral sewn 50 ply full disk buffs. Used primarily for cutting but used with lower rpms and a finish rouge like green chrome, they can also be used for coloring and finishing. We have 2 options available. The first is the non starch treated G190 buff. It is more dense than 60/60 fabric and leaves a finer finish than a 86/80 fabric. For a more aggresive cut, we have the startch treated S190 buff. When the buff wears down to the first stitch, cut the leading edge stitching in an inch. This will let the buff slowly wear down the rest of the way.
