10 Inch Spiral Sewn 50 Ply

Exclusively here at SC Polishing Products, are our 10 inch spiral sewn 50 ply full disk buffs. Used primarily for cutting but used with lower rpms and a finish rouge like green chrome, they can also be used for coloring and finishing. Made from a super dense unbleached and untreated fabric that provides consistant results. This buff performs best at a maximum arbor rpm of 2600. When the buff wears down to the first stitch, cut the outermost leading edge stitching. This will open the buff back up and let it perform like it was when it was new. Builds lots of heat quickly which makes it suitable for cutting down stainless and hard metals as well.
